A Real estate showing is a professional and scheduled appointment that allows a buyer to see in person the properties that caught their attention and then choose their favorite for investment among them. Today I am going to tell you what a day of showings with me is like.

At this point of the appointment, we have already been working for some time, where we have known each other a little, we have identified what type of properties you are looking for, you have given me the feedback I need to send you the best options and you have decided to see 3 or 4 options to choose between which would be your next investment in Riviera Maya.

In Riviera Maya we generally work hand in hand between the agent of the selling client and the agent of the buying client, that is to say, that someone will always receive us in the different projects, we schedule the visits, and I will schedule enough time to go through them in case it is a property with work progress or built, or to have the information and review the renders in case it is a pre-sale.

During each visit to the different developments, we will solve all the doubts that we may have regarding them, such as the HOA; delivery dates, payment plans, materials, finishes, etc. as well as see locations, neighborhood, surrounding lighting, ease of access, etc. You must have your doubts at hand, although in the same way, I will be on the lookout to remember any detail that is important for your decision-making.

Once we finish the full tour, I like to end up sitting down in a cafe doing a review of all the projects, analyzing the pros and cons, prices, payment plans, and at that time help you decide which of the projects to put an offer to purchase.

If this is not your first time in the rodeo and/or you feel comfortable doing the process remotely, as many of our clients do, you ask for a virtual presentation.
